- We do not build behavioral profiles.
- We do not require account creation to request a review.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Service delivery: Your submitted materials are used only to perform the review you requested.
- Communication: Your email is used to deliver results and respond to questions about your engagement.
- Analytics: Anonymized usage data helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience.
- Framework improvement: We may use anonymized, non-identifiable patterns from reviews to improve our methodology. No client code, names, or identifying details are ever used.
4. Data Retention
- Submitted materials: Retained for 90 days after review delivery to handle follow-up questions, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
- Review reports: We retain a copy for our records unless you request deletion.
- Email/contact info: Retained until you ask us to remove it.
- Analytics: Retained in anonymized, aggregated form.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Payment processor — to handle payments securely. They operate under their own privacy policies.
- Analytics — for anonymized, privacy-respecting site analytics.
- Email service — to deliver transactional emails (review confirmations, reports).
We do not share your submitted code or review materials with any third-party service.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data:
- All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.
- Submitted materials are stored in access-controlled environments.
- We limit access to client materials to the reviewer (Adam Straughn).
No system is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your data at any time.
- Request that we stop contacting you.
- Ask what data we have and how it is used.
