1. Services

Verifiable Proof Systems ("VPS," "we," "us") provides evidence-first software reviews and audits, including:

• App Reality Check — $99. A fast evidence-first review for AI-built apps, MVPs, and agent workflows.
• Starter Audit Lite — $395. A structured review for small apps and MVPs.
• AI Execution Integrity Audit — from $750. A deep review for agent workflows, automation systems, and authority-bound execution paths.
• Governance & Architecture Review — from $2,500. A collaborative review of AI systems, agent workflows, and operational governance, including technical consultation and executive-ready documentation.

All reviews use the Claim Boundary Review method. Results are delivered as plain-English reports.

2. What You Get

Each review produces an independent assessment of your submitted materials. You receive:

• A risk snapshot identifying what appears stable, fragile, unsupported, or unsafe to claim publicly.
• A fix-this-week checklist with prioritized recommendations.
• A traffic-light score and recommended next tier (if applicable).

3. What This Is Not

Our reviews are educational and informational. They are not:

• Legal advice or a substitute for legal counsel.
• A security certification or compliance guarantee.
• A warranty that your software is safe, correct, or production-ready.
• A guarantee that all issues have been identified.

We review what you submit. We cannot account for materials, systems, or context you do not provide.

4. Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from receipt of all required materials. Complex audits (AI Execution Integrity) may take longer depending on scope — we will communicate timeline before starting.

5. What You Must Send

To begin a review, submit one or more of the following:

• A repository link (public or private invite)
• A landing page URL
• A README or documentation
• Screenshots or screen recordings
• A workflow description

The more complete your submission, the more useful the review.

6. Payment

Payment is required before review delivery. Prices are listed in USD. We accept payment through the methods available on our website. All sales are final once the review has been delivered.

If we determine that your submission is outside our scope or we cannot provide a useful review, we will refund your payment in full.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all submitted materials as confidential. We will not share your code, docs, or review results with third parties without your explicit written permission.

We may use anonymized, non-identifiable patterns from reviews to improve our framework and publish educational content. No client code, names, or identifying details are ever shared.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your submitted materials. We retain rights to our review methodology, frameworks, and report templates. The review report itself is yours to use internally or share as you see fit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPS's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific review. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. No Lock-In

There are no subscription requirements, recurring charges, or long-term contracts. Each review is a standalone engagement.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
